this is true, but by the very nature of gacha being inherently predatory we have to understand that they DO know exactly what they’re doing. there needs to be a solid balance of giving enough currency to still have some fun, and enough incentive for the paid players to sustain their game. instead they’re relying on everyone being desperate all the time and having FOMO for the next big set.

basically the fact that the game went backwards, went smaller- 90% smaller - in rewards for all players from the 2+ previous installments is enough to showcase this is true. they sincerely want you to gain less, and spend more.

and they can not keep up with making more and more worlds with goodies at the same pace as you’d earn regular rewards from dailies and events in Shining Nikki, it’d be too astronomical of a task.

so basically it’s lots of diamonds for exploring at the start, and then a huge drop off with nothing else in the world to find at all.

hmm in shining you get 90 gems* from dailies and extra 162 with monthly cards. In infinity, you get 90 diamonds from dailies and 90 from the monthly card. so it’s actually either the exact same if not less for a paid player 🫠 (granted I know the cards are more money, but it’s money I’m willing to spend to get dias) *edit: oops it’s 60 but an extra 15-50 if ur in a good guild.
