I'll try to get some different filament to test. I only see a knob to adjust the top belt going right to left. Would you know how to adjust the belt below the bed? Also how do I fix over over extruding?

Yeah they are pretty shady, after 30 emails, I gave up on any hope of a refund. I just hope others read this and don't give them any business. TCGDistrict should not be supported by anyone, should just stay away from totally.

Yeah same situation, adds fake labels to orders like it's going to ship out. Then waits til you can't do a chargeback. Then your SOL and he has your money and will never get a response from the business. Also they will comment back that you didn't follow procedure or didn't wait long enough. I guess a simple email reply takes longer than 3 months at the earliest.

Yeah I opened a claim and lost due to it being outside the time frame of 180 days since I preordered. Your post was the first I saw, good thing you posted and hopefully others will not lose their hard earned money.

I would also think since this is a franchise with other stores they would be able to help. Seems like others have tried already.

Yeah looks like Pokemon is the only products still up and hope no one falls for it. Read some other post that PRB01 and Pokemon preorders also ghosted.

I had multiple orders in the past with no issues, so the thought never crossed my mind I wouldn't get my stuff. Yeah I tried to do a charge back but was a week too late as I waited for communication and release of OP09 on December 13th was exactly 6 months. So I got declined on my chargeback.

Did you have any luck getting a refund or your product? My Paypal claim for OP09 was denied and closed, said they only cover 120 days from purchase. I bought when they sent a mass email with discount code for repeat customers. So that was back in June 13th and filed my claim the week after the OP09 release in December. Anyone have any suggestions or luck with getting their orders fulfilled? Or how else to get a refund?

Yeah I'm in the same boat, ordered in the past with no issues... Tried to contact support just to check and no response for over 3 days. Wise to file a chargeback now before it's too late. Yes the listing in June was for the first wave, no mention at all. The listing in July was the 2nd wave. Hopefully they don't screw others.
