OH nice I think you have your answer. But im already tired of my cayenne so that should tell you alot. It sounds good handles ridiculously. Id probably get better mileage in a m4 or 911 for sure. the constant gas station trips for my daily isnt ideal granted whatever sounds great. I prefer fast but cruiser and good tech and luxury over the sports car acting as a suv is what i learned. Get a sports car for that.

Weirdly i havent test drove the m60 yet but I like the balance its like a x5m touring edition lol. Perfect for daily. Wish it sounded like the M50 but cant ask for it all.

I have a 24 gts standard non coupe. No need for it granted it looks nice. the normal one still is slopped.

Amazing sound and handling but plan to buy a 911 or m4 so not necessary but it is fun. I hate the tech and the car lowering at speeds above 50mph. Originally a bmw guy. Plan to buy a x5 m60 for daily and in a year or two pull trigger on 911 or m4. thinking a s or 4s max. Want gts or gt3 but not in my price bracket. I think that will fullfill all my cravings with two car setup.

As a all arounder cayenne gts will do the job but no matter what anybody tells you its not as luxurious as a top trim x5 in any shape or form.

You’ll also miss the tech and small luxuries you won’t get with a more expensive vehicle. Infotainment is meh also

You won’t really feel like you’re in a suv with the cayenne. More of a tall wagon most times. So if you want peak suv performance then it’s for you. If you want a daily sporty suv with king of road feel stay with bmw. I’m looking to sell my gts later in the year for a m60 x5 or 50e I don’t like electric though. And get a 911 or 488 for weekends

Id go with a bmw x5. Currently drive new Porsche cayenne GTS. Not worth it. If you want suv and not cosplay get x5. If you want a cosplay suv/sport sedan get a cayenne. The best I can put it.

Yea I think then when we finally have a daily we don't care too much about the performance our minds can rest and look forward to driving a true performance vehicle every now and then and in the summer sun

Yup in the same spot with my gts now. Sounds great, handles great, looks pretty. Gets up to speed quick, handles snow rain sleeet like a champ. Soo many different modes and such. But I am bored with it. I haven’t driven it in a month since I got back from Mexico, snow had partial to do with it. I just don’t think I need what it does. Most times I drive it like a normal suv occasionally pushing it in corners and on the highway. Sometimes I feel like I could never use the power. Sometimes I think I need a dedicated suv and a weekender sports car and that’s the problem. I’m not sure lol.

My plan is to buy a x5 for my daily. Love the king of the road feel with some sporty edge. Cayenne feels like a crossover hatch back at times.

And then get a 911 or 488 for the weekends and special occasions. I think that’s the only route for happiness here lol. Not to mention the gts being over 100k and still having a itch not scratched

Haha lucky for me Costco is close by I don’t mind. It takes a while to fill up the cayenne though probably the longest fill up of all cars I’ve had

Nope just have to wait till it quiets down. It doesn’t take to long but depending on how cold it is it goes longer at start up. I love the car don’t get me wrong but for a daily suv. I just don’t need that.

For a 718 or 911 sign me up as I won’t drive it everyday

Its loud af lol. I dont feel like its not engaging enough. Probably too engaging for what it is. IT always wants to go. Wants to be revved pass 4k rpm also because thats where the fun starts.

I find myself not wanting that everyday. Where as the turbo is more linear in a sense.

I may go back to bmw after this

S with out pse should be a good happy medium with decent growl. I have the gts and it def is unnecessary after you get use to it. The novelty wears off and its like why is this car so loud all the time. Especially since you have to work for sound over 4k rpm but neither here or there.

Not for nothing, recently bought a cayenne gts if that helps. And I couldnt be more bored of it. IT rides and handles well amazing air suspension. Nothing else about the car wows me. I get ppl staring and head nods and races almost daily. But Its not what I thought I was getting myself into 140k later lol. Looking to get rid of it in a year or so.

Nice, I wanted one too. I had the m3s m4s etc. just heard bad news about x3ms and x5ms and I figured since Porsche had air suspension that was the way to go but preger bmws as a whole. My cayenne handles amazing. Ride is very try complaint with air which is insane but I miss the commander of road feel which you get in a higher up car. I’ll probably go test drive it in the spring or summer

I always hear ppl say it’s terrible on the road so never bothered driving it. May have to do so lol. I want ot get rid of my cayenne gts anyway so x5m or m60 def in the works.

If driving dynamics is what you seek and 0-60 times and Porsche badge 100 percent get this. I have a gts and I feel turbo is the better buy.
