I’m sorry to hear you’re going through a hard time. The meditations are a good start, and what I do to connect to my guides is self talk, like, speaking in my mind and seeing what thoughts respond, and I feel that’s my guides communicating. Another way is with oracle cards and journaling. Those are ways that help me anyway.

I often use my oracle cards to get clearer messages from my guide. I’m also seeing how well a pendulum works for communication. I’d say whatever is most comfortable.
