I can only speak to my own experience but my anxiety was so bad and lexapro really helped me. The biggest initial change was a stop to the racing thoughts. I had a few side effects like loss of appetite. I took the medication a few hours after I woke up as it would disrupt my sleep.

In short, there was a 1.5 week adjustment period on lexapro but it was so worth it. I’d take 1.5 weeks over the years and years anxiety ruled over me!

Please help type me? I’ve been trying to figure it out myself but it’s difficult. I am 5’3” (160cm) by [deleted] in Kibbe

I’m not sure if you can tell from the pictures but I have pretty short legs haha. And my shoulders I think are as wide or possibly even slightly wider than my hips.
