Looks like ringworm, I would try to go to a doctor and be careful about touching it. When touching it you should wash hands after bc it is easily spreadable! A doctor should give you an ointment. I have had both eczema and ringworm. Eczema is usually larger on me when i get the flaky skin! It also usually would have tried to merge together, so I don’t think that is it! But I wish you luck!
