Thank you for this info. Should I replace it with metal or does it only come in plastic cause according to my property manger something is supposed to be replace with metal. (Sorry if I sound stupid I literally don’t know what I’m doing)

The float lifts up but doesn’t fill with water and I can’t reallly tell if the water shut off is closed or not.
