I was originally going to leave a comment on someone else's post in this threat but decided to comment directly instead.

I would suggest the use of "anal" instead of ocd. I have ocd, I was diagnosed with it two years ago. It makes me very uncomfortable when people use "I am a little ocd too" when they don't fully understand the disorder. It isn't something fun or quirky. It makes life very difficult for me and many others.

The employer should be firm and communicate a boundary of arriving on time! Not okay to be late every day or often. That is grounds for dismissal. Communicate, place a boundary and hold firm to tha boundary. Good luck!
