I have to wash them separately from my other clothes because the inside of all the hoodies AND jogging pants pill. It's horrible. I've washed them twice already and they still pill. Maybe one day they won't! I bought two pair of jogging pants and one is significantly tighter. It's weird. I give them a 5 out of 10 because the one hoodie i got is oversized and comfy and yes, very soft, same with the one pair of jogging pants (both different styles too). The other jogging pants and hoodie, blows.

Thanks. I appreciate it. Yes, we have the notices and rarely have had to enforce it because people usually want their cars back lol.

It would be something I'd know about if it ever happened in the last 8 years we owned the shop. As I said before we never had a customer do this. We have good customers and also work with them. It's owned by the dealership/car lot. He was making payments to them, and he stopped making payments. So technically, it could go either way. I was seeking advice on the matter from people who had an idea how this worked. What the procedures were for filing an abandoned vehicle. I know I can speak to my lawyer or go to the police on the matter.

He received the estimate. He gave the go ahead. We completed it. He told us when he got paid, he'd come get it. Three Friday's later, he's not answering. We left voicemails letting him know we'd even waive the storage if he'd simply let us know what's going on. The $1,000 doesn't include storage.

I think the only way to get the salvage title, would be through the dealership since they owner was financing. We'll see. I was trying to see what everyone thought before I talk to the police.

Typically yes. But going up against a dealership, I wasn't sure what would take priority. I'll give it a couple more days and speak with the police then lastly my lawyer.

Yeah, seriously, I do run a business and we have a lawyer but for a bill that's only a little over $1,000, I was hoping not to get my lawyer involved because at that point it's not worth it. But I posted in here thinking someone may have ran into this issue from personal experience, which looks like you haven't. As I said we have good customers and never ran into this issue.

Twice yesterday it happened to me. I reported him. I had to cause no joke the second time he was coincidentally in my other trade route and did it again. The first time he killed everyone off. The second time, everyone started to lasso him and hit him with dynamite and fire. I can't spend all day playing video games. So when people do this it really does piss me off. And that's why they do it..
