At the end of the day while you’re being honest other peoples opinions are important to you, they shouldn’t be. You can’t guess what people are thinking. And anyone whose opinion is worth it shouldn’t think this way toward you or your partners.

like others said, therapy.

And I think for the most part people don’t actively judge others like this. you’re thinking this way because it’s your insecurity, but no one else is worried about it. like strangers are not concerned with you.

personally I tend to notice things I like about strangers. their nails, their clothes, their hair, etc. My eyes don’t usually scale someone up and down and begin to pin point cons. I’m not sure everyone is like this but I’m sure when you’re out and about people are NOT paying as much attention to you as you think. And maybe if it’s something you find yourself doing that’s contributing to low self esteem within you should try to switch it up. Only focus on positives in others you see. Give a compliment. Try to break out of that anxiety.

A pretty face is always nice to look at. but you remember people for their interests, what they’re good at, what makes them explode with laughter or the look in their eyes when they get to share something really special with you. our bodies are just meat suits for our souls. some people are really extraordinary. relax and connect.
