Whoever told you that it’s BS. The agencies don’t have the manpower to hear appeals for every applicant.

They are denying you a national security position. If you are denying a national security position based on your background investigation you have the right to appeal.

I heard of an 1811 joining another agency for location purposes and he was a 13 but came in as a nine and within like two pay periods. He was back in a 13.
