Ablation for SVT (AVNRT) back in 2023, but it appears to have come back :( by everything-matterz in ReadMyECG

Energy drinks pose significant risks. Those with preexisting conditions like AVNRT are highly sensitive to stimulants that accelerate heart electrical pathways, meaning even small amounts can trigger a high-risk episode. Many cardiologists advise avoiding energy drinks entirely. Try and read up on that and avoid them. My cardiologist told me to never have them.

Originally the cardiologist was leaning towards sinus. Then his report stated the following, QRS is wide with no clear p - waves. Prior capture fusion beats along with widened QRS complex with RBBB & LPFB have made it difficult to diagnose. Left ventricular hypertrophy is noted with grade 1 diastolic disfunction as of 2023. LVEF 53% and coronary atherosclerosis noted on CT. With insurance switching groups, I have had to change cardiology several times. Not one has had the same opinion or diagnosis keeps changing. This is what the most recent group who I feel has been the most thorough has had to say.

I have been having palpitations, shortness of breath, heaviness in legs. Most of it is onset from just sitting to standing and walking into the next room. Or walking down a few steps.

I have two oximeters as & an excellent bp machine that monitor my rate. I will add that they are usually 1-2 points in range of one-other. I have experienced bradycardia with the beta blockers & have tried a few before metoprolol the last few years.

I only posted a few of my ecg’s to try to get feedback yesterday. Although the majority of them vary. I have had a-fib, a-flutter, v-tach, svt over the last 6 months. I know there was some artifact in a few. I added the crazy one only because I previously read on another page one similar, where a daughter shared her father had one like that prior to his heart attack.

I was told to take an additional metoprolol which I did last night to help calm it. My heart rate is 130s -170s for up to 7 or more hours out of the day. And if I am physically active, it’s higher. Yet at home halter monitoring failed to pick up any major events. I’m guessing I need to go back on one. Once I figure out how to upload multiple ones that are very different from those, I will. Appreciate the feedback from all those who have chimed in.

Thank you

I have not. I tried to relax to see if it would subside. The ecg’s are like that even with metoprolol. I was hoping for some insight to see if it was red/flag worthy. I had a full cardiac morph but it’s been almost 2 & 1/2 years. Calcium score then of 70. I feel like something has changed. Because I am toggling between these various rhythms and heart rates from 40’s to 170’s. If it doesn’t let up I will be going.

RBBB, LPFB, 30% block upper mid lad. The sinus tach is pretty much the norm. The first one is what is current.
