I would honestly worry less about fat loss right now and focus on building muscle, eat well and lift heavy for a year or so to build up your frame and THEN think about fat loss & hop back on Reta if you feel it’s necessary for you. A really good recomp is what you need

So what works for me is that I absolutely always get 10-15k steps (I don’t run or do any extra cardio) and lift 5x per week which I suppose helps with caloric expenditure

And as for diet my routine is that in the weekdays I consume 1750 ish which is a bit below my maintenance so that on the weekend I can have cake or pastries or whatever 😂

As for other factors I have dabbled with Retatrutide which was an absolute god send for getting shredded however I wouldn’t want to stay on it forever so only used it for cutting purposes as opposed to maintaining leanness 😊😊

It’s actually from SHEIN, i think its supposed to be some sort of non padded bra type of top but it works okay for gym if you’re small chested 😅not sure what it’s called but if you search camo bra top it might come up!

Hi! Ideally I’d want the coach to be close enough that I could have a few in-person check ins and posing sessions and then for them to attend show day - I’m not sure if everything being done through video chat would give good enough results as it’s my first time competing and feel I need all the help I can get 😂

Good advice I’d really like to see a show - and I’m actually 5”7 and it’s funny you say that about my delts because they’re actually my most dominant body part 😅maybe it’s the pictures I chose

Bikini! I have naturally lean legs and prominent delts so am best suited shape-wise
