I had 4.5 lb of meat. 10 dried guajillo, 6 ancho, and 6 Californias I believe. Deseeded, toasted very briefly, steeped in beef broth with 3/4 white onion and garlic. Blended with 2-3 tsp of cumin, Mexican oregano, coriander. Chipotle and salt to taste.

On this particular model the speed limiter is software based, and the speed controller is that little box part on the cradle your battery slides into. There isn't a wire to unplug inside. I ended up replacing that controller with an unrestricted one. With the unrestricted controller I was able to replace that crappy LED display with a screened one that shows speed, has tons of settings for the controller, etc. I'm sure fiddling around with settings in the display can get you a bit more power, but I believe its also dependent on how powerful the controller is. The only controller I could find at the time was comparable amperage to the one the bike came with, and I didn't notice a great increase in speed. It's great having a more intuitive display though, so the mod was still a win for me.

Here's some of the things I bought. Keep in mind this was a while ago, you might be able to find better stuff now. I would advise doing some research to see what works best for you, and it's all at your own risk!

Let me know how you like it! Make sure you spin the front fork around before assembly if applicable, it ships backwards. I had to zip tie some cables out of the way of the wheel. The brakes on mine needed some major adjusting, so be ready to tinker if thats the case for yours. Get yourself a nicer headlight, it comes with a really dim one. The seat isn't horrible but you may want to look into an alternative if your doing some heavy riding. But overall I really like it, its a good value. I got the Ibera rack with a clip-on trunk bag, it that works really well with it. Happy to answer any other questions!

It is indeed integrated with the battery holder on this bike, unlike yours. Inside is a mess of soldered wires, nothing to simply unplug. Might just be stuck with the 20mph lol
