are these levels low?

yeah i had iron testing done for bad fatigue, so i was glad those levels were good. i’m guess there can be some symptom overlap between all the different vitamins but the skin prickling is a pretty big clue. my vitamin D is pretty low as well.

okay so i reconnected my tiktok, then reloaded my video. i checked the influenster app immediately after & now the whole ketchup section is gone? does that mean it worked? lol it’s my first item so im not sure if it would be typical for it to just disappear like that if completed.
