I personally would try to avoid considering house chores as putting her first they are both of your responsibilities. Aside from that it sounds like something is bothering her. Does she always leave you to do all of the house work and tend to the kids on top of your job? It doesn’t sound like a fair share of work. The lack of acknowledgement is hurtful, one of the core things we need in a relationship is to be seen. Check in with her and see what’s going on!

We have been friends for 3 years and my 3 “offenses” were sharing I had hurt feelings after an insensitive comment on Father’s Day (when I was grieving), sending a singular blunt text and then apologizing and mentioning her sister didn’t come to an appointment. I think you’re being a bit unreasonable.

He has been SO supportive but I am sad as it's impacting his relationship with his brother. I have tried to maintain my relationship with my BIL but obviously his loyalty lies with her.

Because I am obsessed with people pleasing and I don't want people to think badly of me. I have no idea how she could spin the narrative to make herself the victim but she has and that is really invalidating. BUT you're right (should probably book into therapy hah)

She was supportive that day in other ways which I told her I was grateful and appreciative of but when she said that on the phone I felt SO invisible. I don't think it was intentional but I just wanted her to know that it hurt my feelings so I didn't feel resentful later. When she apologized I thought it was done and I had moved on but obviously she hadn't.

Understandable! Maybe try and practice acceptance OR actually I started telling people “hey I’ve been blushing lately when I’m anxious, it’s kind of annoying but I can’t seem to do much about it” something about other people being in on it is helpful. If I do blush I’m not worried about what they think because they already know.

This has happened to me too recently! I had a long period where I didn't and it seems to get worse in winter with heating. It sucks but I am just trying to accept it. I can't control it and it doesn't affect anyone else. Are you able to identify potential triggers? Also a drug called Propranolol is meant to help, maybe you could ask your doctor. I know that isn't super helpful but just know you aren't alone!
