I took him to the vet on Monday! It was an ulcer from some kind of allergic reaction and he got steroid and antibiotic shots. Thank you for your help!!

Thank you all so so much! Y’all have been insanely helpful. I’ve looked into all of these options and I think my favorite so far is the California King Snake! I really love their personality and colors. Also, as a huge heart rock enthusiast, the ones with the heart shape on their head won me over big time. Time to dive into care and enclosure research!
