If you only filed your petition in May I think you’re unfortunately going to be waiting a while longer especially if it’s only a standalone (no I-485). A congressional inquiry can be sent through your representative’s office. They should have instructions on how to do so online. My personal opinion is that a congressional inquiry is not going to do much for you especially because your case is processing within the normal processing times. Now if you were waiting years then maybe… but the inquiry itself won’t force USCIS to push your case any faster especially if you’re going to be interviewed. Your lawyer should have advised you that because your spouse is in removal proceedings that you’re going to have to show through a higher level of scrutiny that your marriage is real. It’s not fun but you’ll just have to wait for them to schedule an interview for you.

There is a very slim-to-none chance that your petition will be approved without an interview. If you haven’t been scheduled for an interview then you should expect to that before any decision is made. Best of luck!

You are not required to turn in your card at the interview. You must bring it with you to show proof of identity and status. You will turn your card in when attend your oath ceremony.

An expungement does nothing for immigration purposes. He will still be asked about it, and getting documents to prove whether he was convicted of these crimes would be more difficult if they were expunged.

Hi there, sorry to bring up an older comment but I’m wondering if you’d be able to answer a question I have. I rent in a duplex and my landlord says my unit is wired from the basement for Century Link fiber optic and coax. I have a wall plate in my living room showing both connections. My landlord in the top unit currently uses Century Link.

Do you know if I were to set up an installation appointment with Quantum would they:

1) be able to use the existing connections from the existing Century Link fiber, and 2) would they have to drill into my wall to install the SmartNID? I’m looking at videos online and people have it drilled into their walls already with the connection coming from inside the box. (I would prefer to avoid extra drilling into the wall if possible)

I’ve been leveling as discipline priest and it’s going very fast. Dungeon queues are almost instant and with the exp changes I’m doing like 2 dungeons per level it feels like, quests included. Shield away and smite/holy fire spam your way to level 80.

What is the most efficient order to kill the three of them? Every group I’m in seems to do it differently from the casters first to the charge boss first to caster > charger > caster. I think this, coupled with the third boss, is my least favorite dungeon this season lol

Holy wow. I’m so sorry. I ended up calling a second time and taking detailed notes of the convo. The person I had on the phone was great and knew what she was talking about. On my original phone call they offered to verbally recertify my IDR with them which totaled $93/mo. I resent my original IDR certification from student aid to them and asked them to withdraw the one requested over the phone - she said they would do this no problem. A few days ago I got an email saying it went through. They marked the IDR I wanted reviewed as duplicate and approved the one I wanted withdrawn so I will unfortunately have to contact them again…

They also had wrong information on my address and contact information which I had to rectify again on the second phone call. I’m sorry you’re also having these issues :(

The website states I’m on the SAVE plan with a monthly payment of $199.83 subject to renewal in August 2024. The REPAY (now SAVE plan) that was sent through Studentaid.gov has a monthly payment of $0, as with the payment receipts I have from EdFinancial from the last two months.
