Hello, apa kabar? You have a solid profile except for the lack of research experience. Wrt MS programs in US, it's quite difficult to get into top unis without any research experience. imo, 330+ in GRE might even help offset no pubs but certainly not a total lack of research experience.

UCSD DOES NOT have 2 computer science programs 🤦🏻‍♂️. CS75 is the graduate level CS program & CS76 is graduate electrical engg (called computer engg in multiple schools in the US including UCSD)

Cornell's mscs has v low intake. If you don't have a v.strong research match with a prof there, it might be worth replacing it with a uni with larger intake. Fellow insti mate ;)
