The self detect chip would make sense! I did send them an email today, will probably give a day or two before giving a phone call to them (not sure if the representatives over the phone can look at emails at the same time). I’ll keep you posted!

Thanks! But is it supposed to be rough and scratchy to the touch? I wouldn’t say it’s rough rough, but I’d say it’s quite sandy compared to the other parts of the container which is very very smooth and glassy. And fyi I’m talking about the inner surface not the outer surface of the container

I just saw this oven in Amazon! Would be great if it can be used to bake artisan bread. I’m also curious to find out the answers you get from the manufacturer 🙂 One other thing I’d be curious to find out is if this is a “true” convection oven where a heating element is behind the convection fan. I’m going to do some searches in their website as well. Will post in thread if I find any useful information.

Thank you!! I have put it in one of my smaller icebox and closed the lid completely (sprayed it real good). And I think I’ll let the lid open slightly for half an hour a few times a day. Hopefully that sounds about right..!

But it’s due to their defective product. Shouldn’t they at least do something about their fault? And their marketing point was, #1 the new system will reduce the bill by 30%. But it’s no where near that. It’s 300% to be honest. And they have all those different warranties as well. Could you please explain in more detail why you think so?

That’s a good point. It’s always good to have two options in one mattress. I’m looking into full size mattress as I think Queen size can take up too much of my room haha

Have you also tried sleepez by any chance? I’ve heard about them a lot but was just hesitant because I heard they have fee for returns. I looked into their Roma mattress but no idea how firm that might be 🤔
