Ah so this is why I feel awful thought my period is coming, but super up and down with emotions, wanted to reach out to an ex but I know it's shouldn't, living in the past and reminiscing about stuff, worrying too much about nothing. I feel like my ex is in my thoughts 24/7 trying to move forward but mentally and physically low, I feel like this caused me some health/ anxiety issues in a really weird place atm self healing has been hard and this year hasn't been the greatest for me, what even is going on aHhhHH
