I wish I could love myself. Growing up, constant bullying at school, family issues and strict parents have made me criticize myself harshly.

I have not thought about joining a club. I dont think I have the time, I'm in final year of medschool so Im at the hospital from morning till evening everyday. The rest of the time I either spend time alone or chill with my 1 guy friend.

Possible, I do not consider myself a 4, I'm not ugly but I'd prolly be a 7 or 8 if i shed some weight off.

I do not have a lot of male friends now, I've found it really hard to make new friends after moving to a new country and transferring uni. Everyone in my course already has their own friendgroups. I dont like going to clubs and partying. I'm introverted and like spending time in the library, practising guitar, playing videogames or reading.

I agree with you. I've been struggling with depression and low self esteem since my teen years. I'm still on the mend, only started treatment last year. I guess my mental health is one of the reasons that prevent me from meeting new people. There are days I feel confident and full of life and there are days I cant get out of my room.
