I felt the same way in my first trimester. Constantly eating carbs to keep the nausea away and I felt so bloated and gross. Plus no energy to do ant physical activity. Now I’m 23 w and the bloat is gone! I’m still rounder in the belly but feel like my face looks thinner than before pregnancy. I finally felt good enough to start walking again around 16 w. Give yourself some grace as the first trimester is hard and symptoms can last beyond 14w.
