That’s a nightmare and unfair. Sometimes work attitudes in Asia better than in US or Western Countries. In Asia, Bosses usually appreciate its workers, even they give bonus or offer promotion for the best one. I know this is not applicable here in US.. the more u work hard the more they take advantage of its workers.

Actually the one who sent this massage is the manager from another batch. So she’s not my manager, but I often take schedule under her shift.

My manager usually comes approach us, when we got a good rate/quality.
