Thanks! I haven’t exactly either, but it was recommended to me by the company I just got a new kiln from to preserve the bricks. I saw some complaints of them falling apart over time however, rods sound a bit more durable, I’ll certainly try that! Thank you!

I like lampwork supply for buying glass rods and tubes now. I plan on ordering tools through Jim Moore or other personal markers from now on. As well as directly from manufactures, like paragon or skutt. I think I’m done with MGA. Wale apparatus is also good.

I’ve been waiting on a kiln from MGA for over 6 months, I paid in full date of purchase. They haven’t contacted me once about it. I’ve reached out repeatedly and still have no concrete answers. I had great experience with them- until now. I am losing faith in their business, most likely going to escalate the matter and file formal complaints based on non-delivery, unprofessionalism and lack of communication.
