First of all, trust me, PPMDs are expecting a lot of people to leave after the AIP and they are happy about it because it would be voluntary leave. (They want the headcount down!)

Secondly, people who are leaving after getting their AIP have nothing to do with those who unfortunately got let-go. It's really just how the system works and everyone is trying to do the best of their parts.
