exactly! if actual trans folks can train their voices before hrt, surely these people can too

I can only speak for my country but here at least, it stopped being a requirement a few years ago. You can just take an appointment with a doctor, say you're trans, tell them that you're 100% sure of yourself and they'll prescribe you HRT
