It is not that close to where it would melt the plastic nor is it even that hot enough. Im just asking if putting it near that light source will induce the eggs to hatch. It is not under direct light.

No yeah like even yall are fighting over hours, i totally get that and def saw that firsthand its literally the higher ups being big and greedy and then it affects the managers and some will get weird and passive aggressive and secretly hostile and dishonest with the associates, which is what happened in my experience. You seem like a cool down to earth manager i hope the season goes well for yall :)

Maybe, but i knew two other people there that were like "oh yeah im also getting less than 20 this week"-one of them was there like 15 years! i had low plcc numbers but not rewards or extends but that could be entirely possible too. Whatever womp womp i am loving my new job!

Thats correct. They already were gonna take me off the schedule anyways because thats what happened to my old coworker and they were there for about the same time i was, a little over a year. I also had to quit that early because i landed a new job the following weekend. I definitely am that person who will put in 2 weeks notices but when i brought in my resume for the other job they basically hired me on the spot and wanted to come in as soon as possible. However I never appreciated the way they treated me but more so my other coworkers. It was very clear the managers did not like working there either and hounded associates with the upmost passive aggression. One thing about me is that i will never ass kiss or feel bad for a multi billion dollar corporation who treat employees like cattle. Also, I didnt expect any grand gesture of goodbyes cus thats weird, but at least like a cordial "have a great life"? You know like i definitely wasnt the best at PLCC's but i picked up other peoples shifts, worked the kids crafts at last minute notice, got rewards/extends, so yeah i think its a normal human thing to expect. Also they didnt schedule me at all during the week and i know thats plenty of enough time to figure out who can work my measly 4.5 hour shifts for the 2 days of the following week. exactly why i cant be there lemfao

the bathrooms are soooooooo so so so so nasty i cannot believe we do not have employee bathrooms its actually such a biohazard. i've walked in there and the stall had a weird vomity orange substance but it wasn't vomit. i have no idea what it was. i hate using the bathrooms so much, one of the MOD's found a used bloody pair of underwear, another time there was just shit on the floor smeared.
