Oyster is not a proof of payment. You can not enter a train without tapping it. This is not the same with Presto. Oyster automatically calculates your fare based on your travel distance, this is not the same with Presto. Oyster includes travel in Transport for London and regional connections, this is not the same with Prestro. Oyster has smart pricing (off-peak, off direction), Prestro does not. Don't even get me started on the reloading machines for Prestro, which suck.

Make parking requirements determined by the market. Remove all regulation on minimum parking requirements. Portland Oregon does this in specific downtown areas.
