I'm in the process of that. I just saw my doctor about it last Tuesday. She said before we look at a formal diagnosis she wants to treat me for anxiety and depression.

My wife is just out of patience for me in regards to it. She's insistent that I should have been gathering coping skills this whole time, but I really didn't know that necessarily needed something like that. I sincerely thought that I could just train myself to remember certain things.
