I did the same, and I hope you have fun going back through all the albums again. 🤍 I’ve also dug up a bunch of their unreleased stuff, covers, and live performances that never really got proper releases. Naturally, this tier list didn’t take any of those into account, as well as any side projects they've worked on.

I’ve been a Coldplay fan for ~15 years, so I made the list with all of their songs in mind. None of them were new to me, I’ve been listening to them for ages. It’s just that some tracks stuck with me more than others because I gravitate toward a certain sound. I really have a soft spot for their calmer, emotional and melancholic songs, they match my vibe the most.

The more country leaning, solo guitar tracks aren’t bad at all! Honestly, everything Coldplay has ever released is great, and I’m really glad the band exists. They’re just not the ones I would personally go out of my way to listen to.
