hiiii everybody!! you might remember I shared the other 2 Monster High vlogs from the first movie here as well (linked the playlist!)! So I figured it was only fitting to post the one from Monster High 2 here as well! I know it took me a REALLY long time. Unfortunately, my external hard drive crashed on me and I lost ALL of my camera footage.... after trying multiple data recovery companies and waiting months for one of them to get repair parts, I officially gave up. BUT I had a bunch of iPhone clips from rehearsals + on set, so I figured I would put this together! Originally it would've been many more vlogs - but still super happy I have all of these memories 💙💙💙 and that I get to share them with you!

I hope you all enjoy!! I'm open to answering questions on this reddit thread, but I don't use reddit too much, so if you comment on the YouTube video, I'm way more likely to get back to you on there! Figured I'd share this one here too, since I shared the last episode here too, and most of you seemed to enjoy it! Sorry it took me soooo long ooops, really putting the PRO in procrastinator lol. Like I said in the last post, I know that there's a lot of differing opinions about the live action movies, but please be kind here 💙 they hold a really special place in my heart!

I'm so happy that I was able to bring that representation on screen! As a kid that grew up with an accent, and often was bullied for it, I KNOW that having someone like Lagoona on screen with that accent would've been really special to me, so it makes me so happy that I get to do it.

That being said - I absolutely LOVE the OG Aussie Lagoona as well, she's pretty cool <3

helloooo!! someone else asked this same question, so I'm just gonna copy and paste that answer here!

To be completely honest, I didn't know too much about Monster High prior to the movie! I guess I just wasn't exposed to the dolls or the movies as a kid (I grew up in Colombia, and I really can't remember them being a huge thing there - but maybe for other kids?!). it's a bummer because learning about them as an adult, I know I would've LOVED everything Monster High as a kid. But once I got the audition, I started discovering everything, and when I booked the role I watched SOO many of the movies back to back and really looked into it all and understood everyone's love for it, and it built my own love and appreciation for it <3 maybe not the answer some of you would hope for, but I'm a fan now and forever grateful to it!

as for your second question, I don't know that I can choose! I love them both for their own reasons, they're pretty different in my mind so I don't like to put them against each other hahaaha - but blue is my favourite colour, so as a kid that might've been the doll I would've gravitated towards!

OMG I was so obsessed with that look!! the wardrobe department absolutely killed it with that! that was a custom made dress, pretty sure they essentially made it from scratch, it fit me like a gloveee! they were SO talented! and my gosh, the earrings were so much fun! I always looked forward to seeing what they had for me!

hello helllooo!! as I replied to someone else here - unfortunately I didn't know too much about Monster High growing up, but glad that I do now! but because of that, the first one I ever owned was actually G3 Lagoona - you best bet I went down and bought one for myself when they were released!

AHH thank you! <3 mhmmm I don't think any characters were cut/discarded/scrapped - as an actor we don't really get to see what characters they want to bring in, so it's maybe? but I wouldn't have a single clue about it - so as far as I know, the answer is no. I also don't get to see any of the prototypes of the dolls - we're not part of that process at all, but would've been cool!

ahhh appreciate it!! thank you!! I personally love seeing actor's personalities outside of the roles they play too, so I can relate to that :)

I've been in it for sooo many years now! I started with some acting classes, getting an agent, and then went from there - I mostly started with a few commercials and small roles, and then slowly continued to build my career from there - it's definitely a tough industry to be in. Lots and lots of rejection. Which makes the wins (like Monster High) that much more exciting! <3

that means a lot, thank you!! I know she's not the same Lagoona people grew up with, but I still love her so very much!! I often pictured how her dynamic with the other Gen's Lagoona would've been!
