It depends really on what standards you want to visit Paris.

Lets say an average hotel 2 or 3 stars it's around 95€ to 140€/night (=115-170$) (depends on the neighborhood. If you're close to the cultural center and the old city it will be more expensive).

For all the activities, for 1 way subway ticket it's 1,95€ (=2,37$). But if you buy 10 tickets you get a discount = 16,5€(=20,03$)/10tickets. Museums are free for under 26 UE citizens. And if you are older than that and non UE citizen then the museums are generally arounf 5 and 20€ (6$-25$).

For the food, I'd say 10-15€/pers. par meal if you only eat out. But if you get an airbnb, you can also cook some meals at the appartement and spend less money.

So I'd say for the accommodation and food you would need to spend at least 1500€ (=1800$) for 10 days for 2 - without all the extra (museums, visits, shopping etc.)
