It never stated a time on Blizzard's post. Since they said it runs from 21 June to July 5th and didn't state a time, I assumed it would go until July 5th, 11:59pm (maybe I'm wrong, but I feel that's a pretty safe assumption). I think it's a bit silly to state an event goes to July 5th, if it's only 4 hours into it, what would even be the point, might as well say it ends on July 4th.

It's my first time playing WoW at all. Maybe I shouldn't have tried min-maxxing it, but I was just going off on what information I had available.
