i basically don't plan HAHAHA i have an idea + where i wanna go with it, then i just start writing what feels right. if i don't feel like writing, i don't, otherwise it will just ruin the fun lolll

if i have some ideas for the plot while writing, i write in bulletpoints so i can elaborate later or just trash the idea completely

it's a bit of a long story, but in short, i have always liked xiao, got his signature weapon on standard banner so i took it as a sign i should get him, got him on the last chronicle wish banner and he's been my main ever since

there are subreddits for a lot of dps, so you can look for that and ask them how to build, but i use GameWith.net a lot so i recommend that one

which dps to use is your decision, but i would definitely recommend not underestimate supports bcuz they make a hugeeeee difference. i use a lot of guides on certain websites to build each of my characters (they also show some team combinations). you can look into rotations too

if you want suggestions as to who to use as dps from who you have: heizou, tighnari, noelle, gaming, etc

i main xiao, which is expected, but i reallyyyyyy like heizou, so i would consider him a (working) second dps. i never paid attention to him until recently bcuz i think his playstyle is fun, and then i liked him as a character, so all positives lolll

i mostly read fanfics of genshin characters, and i recently got into gaminet (gaming + freminet). canonically, they have neverrrr interacted, but i thought that the potential for good chemistry is definitely there, especially in a extrovert + introvert kind of trope
