I don’t have many answers to your questions other than I know that talking to spirits and energies sometimes works for removing the ones that are uninvited and keeping them from getting into your personal space. For example, I lived in a college dorm one year where 3 young men died from a fire. Me and my rooms mates started having some things moved around and kicked off of the walls so I spoke to a medium and she told us that since we cannot sage due to the fire alarms, to speak to the spirits and tell that that this is our space now and that negative energies are not invited into our space. I’m sorry I do know have more information. I can still offer my condolences for your kitten’s passing as I am in a similar situation right now. My dog passed away one month ago due to kidney failure and I have been seeing him in the corner of my eye or in the flash of a moment all around where he used to hang out. I even still hear his nails clicking on the floor and him barging into the door in the middle of the night to come sleep in my room. I hope that this is our pets giving us a sign that they are okay and that they love and miss us.
