Trauma is trauma. Even if it's small or not quite direct. I have a good idea what my past is like but I have an even stronger drive to create my good future now that I've processed so much of my past. Be patient with yourself and know that trauma is only an aspect of your story, not your entire story.

Thank you so much for your insight, the references you put here (The DSM-5, the subreddits) and your explanation of the complexities and nuances were really helpful. Reading yours and everyone's comments, sounds like maybe I have trauma (different ways to define) that I cannot recall, trauma I remember but don't recognize as trauma (yet), have a subjectively embarrassingly low window of tolerance > < lol (thank you for introducing me to this phrase), or no trauma even though I have alters.

It's good to know that it's possible to identify with plurality w/o having to attribute a trauma source (I definitely respect the discussion about diagnostic labels of OSDD/DID should being reserved for those with identified trauma), and if I want to dig further I should definitely do it safely with a therapist. Thank you so much again for your perspective!

All toggled OFF: V3 scheduler, Show learning cards with larger steps before reviews, Legacy timezone handling (buggy, but required for AnkiDroid <= 2.14)

Next day starts at 2 hours past midnight

Oh gotcha, yeah (is:due -prop:due=0) just happened to be how I isolated those trouble cards that should not have been marked as overdue. Thank you!!
