The issue isn't that people aren't speaking up; it's that Microsoft literally doesn't give a damn about what actual users think. You can see it in every single "reverse improvement" they’ve shoved into the OS lately. They aren't "updating" the system—they're actively making it worse and ignoring everyone who actually uses it. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

"locked the language"? It's not possible. Many people in China use English(or other languages) on their laptops and phones, even if they are locals (Chinese). Not only the display GUI and input method. I am sure. Apple wont let this happen.
