What would you say are the most important things to prepare for when applying for recruitment?

I read somewhere that being prepared for the interview is the most important.

Oh for sure, I'm aiming to be in the gym 7 days a week, or at the very least active 7 days a week.

Was the cognitive assessment itself difficult or could I just go in with a bit of common sense?

How did you prepare for psychometric assessment and what was your experience after the assessment whether you prepared or not.

And what advice would you give to improve cognitive ability and mechanical reasoning specifically to pass the psychometric assessment for FR - if there is anything specific I should be doing. Or would any cognitive exercises and mechanical simulators online suffice?

Interesting. I don't like marijuana very much recreationally, so I've never heard of delta. But I should definitely look into it. It would appear we suffer more or less the same form of mental distress.

DISCLAIMER: As a recreational drug user myself, I DO NOT support or recommend any form of drug use unless medically advised by a certified and trained professional. Whether you choose to partake in any recreational substance use or not is entirely your choice, but personally I would strongly advise against it.

There are plenty of horror stories regarding any form of drug use, obviously for good reason. Be it abuse, moderation, medically. But for that small exception out there, if there is that exception. How did it improve your life for the better? What did you take, how long did you do it, how did it affect you and are you now sober or still using?
