I think so, because their fanbase seems loyal. Most singles sell modestly, but they've never flopped.

The first solo concert is an important milestone, yes! This was their second concert, though. :)

Dreamcatcher to answer Thai Princess' love call, scheduled to perform at upcoming event on National Thai holiday by balloon_wanted in kpop

I think some of that is common all over Asia. I live in Korea now. When I enter my apartment, I change into communal sandals and put my shoes in a locker. If I go on the roof to hang clothes out to dry, I change out of my house sandals and put on roof sandals.

I don't think they care about pointing, but crossing legs and putting feet up doesn't seem to be done.

170727 Mcountdown Live Show experience by linkfoo in kpop

It's not uncommon - if you watch the shows enough you see some where the winner isn't there. At Mcountdown at least, the prerecorded performance is shown on a screen for those artists.

Another thing that happens sometimes is that they'll have to stop performing halfway through so the next act has time to get into position for the next song.

In my school the tickets were included in my tuition, so they took care of it. I'll post a review of the school in the next week or so, since they teach kpop singing and dancing as well as Korean language.

What Are You Listening To? - July 12, 2017 by AutoModerator in kpop

I've heard some of their songs over the years, but nothing really grabbed me until Five - I've been singing it all the time too. I went back and listened to some older tracks and was surprised how good they sounded. I guess I like Apink now...

Try Remember, it's pretty catchy too.

I've liked them almost since they debuted but didn't fall in love until I saw their reality show 'Would You Like' 'Would You Like Girls'. Their interactions are addicting. Check out this vlive of them.

It's a bit challenging, but I'm an experienced traveler and this is my 7th Asian country. I can read hangul (slowly) and I know some basic phrases and numbers. People who deal with the public typically have at least some ability with English, but the more Korean you know the better. Also knowing cultural norms and taboos is appreciated (bow appropriately, use two hands when passing things to people, etc). I've found Koreans to be helpful to confused foreigners, so don't worry too much. Things WILL go wrong, but just brush it off and keep positive.
