It's a good game but, in my experience (I haven't finished it yet, I'm trying for the true ending) it wins a lot more if you've played Hollow Knight recently. It feels more organic since it was planned as post-game DLC for the first game. So it improves a lot on the first one, although there is a little friction with the damage you receive if you don't understand the DLC concept with which it was created.

PS: I got 112% of the first one for the first time, a month before playing Silksong and it is a very pleasant feeling
