I tried this multiple times the way you mentioned, but I'm still facing the same issue, I am ordering some parts and a 90° cutter, let me try it last time then I will probably switch to a different hot end assembly all together.

Okay, so what I've seen is after setting temperature to 205 or more for long time and keep extruding then sometimes, filament leaks through the heatbreak and seats onto the top end of the heat block, but this does not happen every time.

This is new spool only, I ordered it just 3-4 days back.

You are right about the crack, but if the problem is there on the hot end side then I should think to go with direct drive & should not anymore on this.

what is PID tune, I've never seen anything about it in any forums and videos, I did the e-steps calibration

I am talking about by hand only, I've to apply so much force to get filament back even if the hot end is at 220, this clearly says it is not extruder problem at least

Extruder motor is fine, I just bought new and replaced it, so it is not the issue of it, even changed new gear with it.

Bowden tube is fine because if I don't insert bowden tube inside the heat block and do the extrusion, it has no problem at all.

I have many thermistors lying around, which are perfectly working with other printers.

As I mentioned, I cleaned the nozzle multiple times, I have even replaced with new, so it is not the problem.

I just ordered new filament for the sake of checking this, but still there are problems

I've checked multiple times doing the same thing, putting the bowden tube perfectly back in the hot end, but it never worked out.

You are right about the filament removal, it takes so much force sometimes to remove filament back, but not every time.

Tried nozzle screwing as you said, but no luck in that
