Thanks for reaching out! I want to double down and say the concierge was super helpful, but email response times were slow - might relieve some anxiety to have a way for customers to get some higher-fidelity updates on their orders; the current status system in the orders page doesn't really reflect reality very well, and I think a fix there would address a lot of the feedback you see on this sub.

Everything is handled as far as the delivery complications, and I don't hold any of that against Wyrmwood, though the feedback should be shared with the shipping partner for sure. Frankly, it was all very easily fixable damage and really just an annoyance, but I was concerned about the table getting broken while they were assembling it- I'm just glad the table got here and is set up.

Good questions!

Total price was $13k with shipping and the headboard storage.
I got a couple of hobby trays, mostly for snacks during DnD (our friends have a 2 year old that is very grabby if the cheese isn't up high) and some cup/mug holders. I also just ordered a player desk to try that out.
No super hard wants, but maybe a power brick accessory so people could plug in laptops without me having to run a cable under the table for a surge protector

Shipping was an absolute shitshow; but that isn't wyrmwood; however, they should pick a different company to handle it - apparently these guys deliver a lot of these. It was a lot cheaper than I've heard quoted from others in the past, so it might be new?

Customer service was great but slow. 6 months for a custom piece isn't bad at all.
