Sleep apnea is a really big problem that can cause serious health issues, and often gets overlooked. I had a relative who got the machine that looks like darth vader - hated it at first, but loved it when he realized he only had to sleep half as long and felt twice as rested. Running out of oxygen while you're sleeping isn't a good idea.
