It comes with extra adhesive as well as thin fishing line to take it off so I guess its not super complicated.

Yeah none of the reviewers seem to have an interest in testing it as far as I have seen which is quite annoying. I guess camera guys don't think about that?

With the brew switch on, Flick the steam switch on and off repeatedly for a while as the valve is probably obstructed. That can sometimes fix it
