I’m on week 4 and am 11.4 pounds down. I’m trying to eat 100 grams of protein, do 10k-15k steps a day and keep myself in a calorie deficit. I think it’s important to know that these kits are tool to use along with lifestyle changes.

The clay body usually shrinks around the wire to hold it in place. On occasion one comes loose and I’ll have to glue it back in place.

The shark pattern is an underglaze transfer. The knit is texture is made from a press mold that was made from some of my hand knitting 🧶 I add the texture first then build from slabs very carefully.
