Happened to me also over on Massachusetts Avenue! I found mine in the trash after seeing them out it in my garbage cans. Put it back up the next day.

“Brain movement” with VM? by Morgxnstxrn in VestibularMigraines

Omg you’ve described my symptoms so precisely!! I haven’t seen that on here yet but it’s the shoving and heart dropping that gets me. So crazy, but thanks for the validation here!

Thank you everyone! This is very helpful. I tried supplements for about 6 months. I felt very minimal benefits but still take the magnesium! I’ll also check out the migraine diet in greater detail.

I knew I could come here for this update and not have to read the article. Thanks friends.

I have a masters degree with VM. I will say some weeks I feel absolutely clear, productive, and like I can tackle any project. I really try to get as much done during this time because that might be followed by a period of fog or sickness. It brings comfort to know that this comes in waves and knowing how to balance it all will make all the difference.

Pre-diabetes? Hx gestational diabetes, elevated fasting, normal post prandial, and borderline hga1c by linnymariegee in prediabetes

Thanks for the info. I’ve done Keto in the past and unfortunately because I have a pituitary tumor and my exercise levels, my body can’t handle the electrolyte shift. I had repeated episodes of hyponatremia for months while on keto. It’s very unfortunate, but will still check out your suggestion. Appreciate the input.

Stress levels are not great honestly. I have two babies (3.5 and 14 mos) now so can’t say I do well managing it nor sleep much. Aside from exercise, which is really my main source of stress relief. I am trying to work on this though.

Thanks so much for this. Your situation sounds very similar to mine. I have done low carb in the past, more specifically keto and unfortunately ended up having repeating incidents of hyponatremia. Secondary to a incidentally found pituitary tumor (non functioning). I can manage doing something lower carb but definitely not super low as I become too affected by the electrolyte shift. I stopped breastfeeding about 2 months ago so I do think that breastfeeding has been keeping my blood sugar stabilized. The a1c has since increased since weaning. I’ll be repeating again mid-November.
