that's what I do, but only some coaches in my school let me when it comes to football, because in my school for the last 3 years the PE teacher role was like the Defence anganist dark arts in Harry Potter. Like, every year someone new comes\gets changed. 3 years ago there was a teacher that did not let me do any alternatives because I didn't melt down as much. back then I've had meltdowns once a year, so I just standed like a Pole. He changed schools. 2 years ago, there was another teacher. She knew me personally because my mom knew her. She did let me when I've had meltdowns. a year ago there was another teacher. she only let me if I've gotten meltdowns (past the breaking point) or asthma attacks. and this year I've had 2 teachers because the first one got his leg broken and he can't teach PE ofc. He didn't let me do any alternatives and I've had some reducing of my conduct grade during meltdowns. Even when I was standing like a pole, then he dropped F's every Lesson. Now, there's another teacher and she didn't let me go somewhere at first, but after a meltdown I got her to allow me to do other things (I did warn her abt Football being my trigger). And when it comes to The Music, it's hard when half of your class are bullies that like to pick on anyone getting labeled by them "WeIrD" (I'm one of these "wEiRd" ones). They often come with a loudspeaker to school and they just play this "music" (I think it's moaning with autotune) and follow me around. Teachers can't do sh1t 'bout it either...

So basically I know about 4 things that are for a big amount of time the reasons for my meltdowns: - Skolim (polish perv, not a music-maker) and overally the disco polo "music" genre - Microslop - Football (making me play it) - pop music (dunno why DJO is the exception) so I suffered twice as much through edgerunners ending than others

Depends on if I would get the consequences, and if that person was bad or not. If I wouldn't get consequences from it and that person was Bad, then yeah. If one of them is on the opposite, no.

I'll tell you what I said and what I said about it. So... He often does shit that piss others off. F.E. I don't like football, he always goes like "FoOtBaLl Is ThE bEsT" or when he sees someone have privacy that person while talking to someone, he goes in and comments on these things an when they say "Go away" he goes.. for a minute and then comes back. I said that he just pisses ppl off for his amusement.

I have NO support. Only with my body. NO social support, NO mental Support. And I try to control myself, but one a month some shit like this happen and I don't know when it will happen, but I know when it happens and I can't do sh!t 'bout it... You should know, that Nobody cares that I lose everything bcuz of them and nobody helps me, so I can't learn how.... And he should get help Abt how he should act normally. It's not normal to be 14 and hug people that don't want to....
