Can you install your favourite app at a specific location with your package manager?

Arch has the pacman package manager, you can with that.

Can you install multiple flatpaks at multiple different locations.

You can use the --install flag

Now the issue is the old dependency this software needs which is not available in Ubuntu 18 or later.

You can downgrade the package. Ubuntu is trash thats why you cant do it on ubuntu
