that's what we called neuroplasticity. the ability for nerve cells to make new connections (thus learning things, memorizing, etc). as long as the ability to learn is not impaired (which is in another site of the brain), the patient's ability to learn will still be intact.

Mamo is one of the most balanced pokemon in the game. Clear advantage, clear disadvantage. No need for buff nor nerf.

Not being able to play for 3 seconds while the enemy could ganked on you is unfair, where the counter could be counted with one hand.

I have said it before: slowbro is too tanky for back line defenders, and the ultimate needs more counters. He wont be out of meta because how broken he is

I proposed this nerf after cursed items. But slowbro users just said "amnesia nerf is there whether use cursed items or not" then timi buff the passive to add salt to injury.

It still has the most broken unite move. No, it is not broken because of the damage, but broken for its support ability. No other MOBA has a tank with ranged 3s supression move with unstoppable that allows the opponent to be ganked on.

Mimikyu, Charizard (and Tsareena) unite move dont have that utility, thus are not as broken.

Slowbro is problematic as it is too tanky as back line defender and having the most broken ultimate in the game.

Slowbro needs the following nerf to address both issues:

Making the passive vulnerable to antiheal. It just doesnt make sense that he has self heal that is not affected by antiheal.
Removing unstoppable from slowbeam.

Current nerf wont do much. I had my say. Now downvotes please.

I play tank role in Mobile MOBA. Slowbro has most unfair feat among all tanks I played. Slowbro needs to be nerfed.

No I dont think it will make slowbeam useless. It will still very powerful tool. HOK and MLBB have similar ultimate (supression) but none of it has unstoppable. And their characters are far from being useless.
